Great thermostat with lots of config options. I love the smartphone app! This thermostat was easy to install, connect to my wifi and then configure. The online interface is laid-out in a straight-forward manner that is fairly intuitive. The phone was easy to download and I was immediately able to use it to control my thermostat. Indoor Unit: Very quiet, great air flow. Only a week but works great. Outdoor Unit: Installed a week ago, love it. Quite and works great for cooling family room.

Each unit is made to order - it took almost 2 months for delivery. Unit is well made and quite quiet. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.) So far it is working perfectly.

The product arrived in less than 2-weeks. The unit is a high quality boiler made in Minnesota. This one was for my personal home. If you need questions answered or tech service, they are top notch. They know their product. This unit has been in operation for about a month and works flawlessly. I also have one of their plenum heaters, in use now for 12 years, without any problems what-so-ever.
