I waited for two months to write this review. Iowa Cold, but not on the feet. I put in radiant tubing inside of concrete flooring of 800 sq ft with kitchen on another 150 not with radiant in an "apt." for my daughter. I can't tell you how nice it feels immediately upon entering. It is a different feel to the warmth. I absolutely love this product. I contemplated installing this for years, glad we did. Works excellent, I also purchased the timer switch which is awesome. Each motor consumes 30 watts. Which is calming to electric bill.

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.
