I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Upstairs vaulted ceiling bedroom was not getting cool enough. I was going to install a typical whole house attic fan, but needed something where I could mount the opening on the Wall rather than the ceiling. So I decided on QuietCool and very happy with my selection.

This is the third Mitsubishi unit I've installed at my house. These units perform quietly, efficiently and hardly cost any $$ to operate. They can be added easily to just about any room in your home. If you have underperforming or just worn out conventional AC systems, this is definitely a system to add to or replace existing AC units. Highly recommended!!
