just purchased this boiler for my home and it was by far the best choice. If you have any questions you can just call LAARS HQ and talk to a person immediately. VERY GOOD support and knowledge about the product. So quiet I didn't even know it was running. Very efficient, haven't received my first heating bill to know how much its saving me. Installed in a day. LOVE THE HEAT!

I bought the furnace, evaporator coil with TXV and condenser. I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. The only thing I did not like was getting the TXV installed as there was not enough space to get the fitting through the wall of the evaporator housing.

Quiet, Unbelievably Quiet Feb 16, 2016

Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. We needed something to heat and cool our soon to be finished attic. This unit is of very good quality, and it definitely cools an approximately 900 square foot area. I would recommend this product to anyone!
