I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. This condenser is much quieter than the unit that I removed from service. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well. I am impressed with this unit and I would definitely recommend it for the price and the performance.
