Installed for 1 week. Very quiet and responsive. Nice to wake up to an inviting temperature instead of cold.

5-star Good Unit Sep 20, 2016

Replaced out a Rheem 90% with this unit. Easy installation. Very quite running. Seems to run less than the old unit. Highly recommend.

5-star Happy May 27, 2016

Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........
