This heater was an almost exact replacement for a heater that had a burnout. Installed very easily. Narrow profile. Easy gas hookup. Runs very quiet. The optional blower is a necessary add-on for circulation. Only issue is that the vents are hot so small children must learn to stay away.

The fan came well packaged, and all of the contents were perfect. The fan is perfectly balanced and super quiet with no vibration. I can't hear it running at all in my house when it's running. The quality of the product is also very good. All other available attic fans are noisy and use a lot of power, so it's great to finally be able to purchase a high quality, low noise, and energy-efficient attic fan. I highly recommend it.

80 Decibel Not Acceptable Dec 12, 2016

I had this furnace installed in a manufactured home aka trailer home in the fall of 2015. It has performed well so far. My main complaint is the noise level. Considering that this type of home does not have a basement so the furnace is in the living space with you, it should have been designed to be quieter. 80 decibels is like having an alarm clock run for the duration of the cycle. Modine Noisy Sep 02, 2016

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise.
