I have built a greenhouse and installed this boiler into the benches to heat the propagation soil and to a unit heater. Ran unit Feb. 1 2016 heating very good super quiet, very please with it. Now waiting to run in cooling mode to see how it controls hot weather. I'll give it a 10 rating for now.

Using in warehouse to prevent pipes from freezing, but since the weather hasn't been very cold it is difficult to evaluate. The install was fairly easy.
